What are they? Interdental brushes have small bristled heads specially designed to clean between your teeth where a normal toothbrush doesn’t reach

How do I use them? For healthier teeth & gums you should use the brushes daily. Choose the brush sizes appropriate to the interdental space: follow your hygienist's or dentist’s advice.
Insert the brush between the teeth and gently move forwards and back until the plaque is removed. Don't force the brush. After use, wash the brush with water and replace the antibacterial cap. Don't bend the brush repeatedly or beyond a 45 degree angle.

Store the brushes safely, out of reach of children.
